Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products there are no returns on these items including all powders and minerals. We cannot guarantee the purity once it has left our facility and returned, thus it cannot be resold. We understand that each situation is different, and we do approach it individually. Please understand that special care is taken to ensure your products will arrive to you in good condition.

When purchasing skin care products, we do advise you to read all the information on usage, how to get the proper results from your products and ingredients. All this information is available on the product pages prior to purchasing.

Should something be wrong with your order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase so that we can help. If a return is needed and authorized by us, we will give you an RMA number to return the item. Unauthorized returns will be discarded, and credits will NOT be issued.
